1. Shipping Coverage

Poke Cartel currently ships to addresses within South Africa only. We use Courier Guy's PUDO service to ship products.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. We have day jobs so our shipping policy aims to provide our best efforts to meet customer expectations, in most cases, your order will ship faster than 5 days.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this within 5 business days, please contact us at info@pokecartel.co.za .

5. Packaging & Protection

  • Bulk cards are bundled together and wrapped in bubble wrap before being placed in a container.
  • Single cards are shipped in penny sleeves and toploaders, secured with bubble wrap before being placed in a container.
  • Graded cards are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy boxes/containers.
  • Sealed products are packaged with bubble wrap and void fill to prevent damage.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of your delivery date at info@pokecartel.co.za.
  2. Provide your order number, tracking number, and photographs of any damage.
  3. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
  4. We cannot accept responsibility for courier damage - we make our best efforts to package products securely to avoid courier damage.
  5. If confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a refund after the courier has concluded their processes.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Poke Cartel is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  1. Please ensure that for Pudo Locker to Locker options, you specify your locker address and not physical address.
  2. Please ensure you double-check Pudo Locker to Door addresses if you select this option.
