Please reach out to us via the chatbot on the website. We aim to respond to all enquiries received via the chatbot within 3 business days but delays may occur.

Please note that we do have day jobs, and responses may be delayed at times.

Business Hours

Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (SAST)

We are closed on most weekends and South African public holidays.  Messages received via the chatbot will be attended to outside of business hours but responses may be delayed. 

Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days, with communication being provided when you place an order, when there is delays or when your order is being shipped.
